Business Philosophy
IndViz Solutions was founded with the goal of providing
companies with a quick, cost-effective solution
to address common data challenges. We work hard
to achieve these goals using a variety of methods
and tools depending on project specifications and
client requirements. Some of these are:
- Project Control: Foremost in our service delivery
is project control.
We audit accuracy and delivery rates daily.
We guarantee accuracy
to meet or exceed the industry standard of 99.5%
per 1,000 keystrokes on all key-verified projects.
We also audit delivery rates to ensure that
our operators are performing in accordance with
standards agreed with clients. We adopt a stringent
testing and customer approval process.
- Competent and trained Work Force: We are an
"offshore" service,
but our entire workforce is well educated in
English and trained on computer skills. Training
is a key resource to good quality and at IndViz
we provide regular training for our operators
to improve and upgrade their skills.
- Systems backups: We maintain redundant systems
with backup servers in all offices.
- Validation Settings: When designing a process
for a client, we extensively use validations
for specific fields based on rules set by
the client. The processes include table lookups,
formulas, data-type restrictions, check-digit
formulas, city, state and zip code lookups etc.
