DATA
TRANSFER
Our customer scans the data the needs to be captured
and transfers it to Indviz over dedicated network
using Secure FTP. Image files can be encrypted for
additional security. For many clients we use their
VPN to login straight to their application and process
the data. If a scanning solution is needed that
can be provided.
DATA ENTRY
The data is then captured using our inhouse data
entry software. We have incorporated a lot of features
to improve the data accuracy, for example an address
verification plug in to make the addresses CASS
verified. Additional steps like re-key, data verification
and audit are performed based on the project requirements.
In cases where the customer has their own software
we can access the same via VPN to do the data capture.
DATA AUDIT
Depending upon the quality requirements of the project
a certain amount of the data is audited by senior
supervisors to confirm that the errors are within
the acceptable limits.
Data Export
Data can be delivered to you via FTP,
email, CD, DVD. Data can be exported in various
formats like Excel, CSV, dBase, Access, MS SQL,
XML, or other. |
