we realize that a major concern that any client
will have, while outsourcing to a service provider
hundreds of miles, away is confidentiality and security
of his information.
This concern is severe for our valuable clients
outsourcing the work involving Medical Billing,
Accounting, Tax Returns, etc, due to the strict
laws of the country in these fields.
We take every necessary precaution to prevent loss
or leakage of customer's data. These precautionary
measures are installed at various levels as described
below. Our customers have expressed their satisfaction
at our concern for security of their data. We encourage
our valuable clients to raise doubts on security
issue, which will only help us improve further and
serve our clients better.
PRECAUTIONS
AT SYSTEM LEVEL
- Data transfer between the client and Indviz
takes place over dedicated network using Secure
FTP.
- For many clients we work in their VPN.
- Operators can log in the floor computers only
by using secure lo in Ids and passwords. The
floor computers can not be accessed externally.
- Floor computers do not have floppy drives
and CD drives.
