PRECAUTIONS
AT SYSTEM LEVEL
- Internet Explorer browser is available only
on select machine dedicated for work that calls
for collecting information from net. These machines
are located separately and monitored by supervisors.
- No operator is allowed to take any material
including mobiles phone, purse, bag, etc. to
the work table. We have provided lockers for
employers to keep their belongings when they
go to work place.
- Operators are not allowed to keep any paper
with them, other than log sheet, which they
are required to submit to shift leader before
departure.
- Precautions against physical intrusion
- The company is located in a secure campus,
guarded 24 hrs.
- The guardroom allows entry to visitors only
after confirmation from IndViz, and recording
all relevant particulars of visitor. The visitor's
cards issued to all visitors do not open any
secure accesses.
- Visitors are conducted in work area accompanied
by senior management staff.
